My heart bleeds 4 the family of woman taken just 2 miles from where I live (I have a 20 year old daughter walking these same streets) and for all the other victims of violence.

There's no clearer example of violence than that being carried out on #Assange in London prison by powerful UK/USA governments.
Or by politicians in #USA on the #poor who failed this week to raise the minimum wage (for the first time in 12 YEARS!) despite promises to do so. 4/n

If we care abt violence against women we'd not tolerate govt/Royal Family cosying up 2 authoritarian regimes in MidEast (especially not exclusively) who abduct/imprison their daughters from UK soil + international waters 🤔
