#AMC #GME #TSLA #OCGN #NAKD Alright Part 2 of the recap....so before I talk status lets talk timing. Now I know every week we have folks that have done a great job at hyping us apes up and letting us know that timing is really important. This has been a long process for all of
us as I'm sure many of you didn't expect to be here almost 4 months after the partial squeeze in January and our miniature squeezes that we've had over the course of the last few months. Now timing is really important and here is why. We are in essence waiting on three rules to
finish our own protection and cover that is the NSCC 002, 007, and the return of the 005 rule. Without these three rules we are missing added layers of protection. Now it is my thought that the SEC is going through these rules as we speak and is requiring these organizations to
make the requisite changes as we saw from the 801/002 rules. They changed how the first probably 5 pages of the languages involved in the rules themselves. It went on to actually change the original intent of the Rule 4(A) which was solely centered around options and it's not
anymore. The language of the rule has been so beefed up to include basic securities that there is no telling how they will go about making changes to the 005 rules. I imagine that the 005 rule has been looked over and over and scrutinized as that was one of the biggest rules put
in place by the DTCC. We need that rule. So I say patience is at work here for the most part. And just watch and pay attention to the world going on around you. There is so much happening on both the global markets and within our own borders when it comes to the economy
that most folks aren't aware. I need you all to keep your eyes and ears open when it comes to the news. Remember my motto is block out the noise and the chaos that is how HF and MM thrive...look beyond the surface and the get into the details to find out what is it that they are
truly trying to get over. Oh and word to those who buy options don't just buy the option out of fear or immediacy wait as sometimes you'll find a better price point after HF and MM are done sinking it back down after raising it up. just a suggestion. Alright so lets talk status.
$GME you are up first on the block...So to those folks who hold GME I want to you all to understand while I have scoured just about every corner and piece of information for you this particular stock is in a holding pattern. We've had some pretty good news in regards to the
change in leadership with the CEO leaving the organization and the company going out and looking for a brand new CEO. I surmise that on this coming Friday that the company will have yet paid off another long term obligation early. What does that mean for the overall health of the
company. It means that GME will release some much needed pressure on it's P&L they will no longer have to pay interest or have the massive liability sitting on their books aka more assets and equity which points to the company being able to grow the way it should be. I expect
in doing so we'll start to see the stock rise a bit on Friday or early next week as the markets will eat this up. So trust in the process and the DD that has been written. We are so close for you to start losing faith right now. Btw all apes in this boat together. Instead of
trying to bring the other Ape's down you guys should be more empathetic to those other memes who are going through what you've been through already. #justsaying. Lets be nice to each other.
Next up $AMC, we've been going through this pattern almost everyday where we look like we are rising up and then the HF kinda come in and short us back down now I want to talk about a strategy they are using to in fact burn us so I want you guys to take note of it for tomorrow's
market...So what I've noticed is that they'll often times push the options market first up earlier in the morning and day. As the price of the options rise by a 0.01 and more folks buy the OI they tend to sell more contracts for the week. Now I'm reminding my options buyers of
this especially when they buy calls for the better part of me repeating myself please keep in mind that HF and MM have no intention to buy back the stock if the price decides to tank. Well why is this relevant? When market makers sell a call the money is made immediately
available to them then they in turn have used that money to borrow shares available. Now I have my theory about this part as I think our own whales tried to dry up the supply and we'll see how much they have left on Monday but I surmise that we are still at 100% utilization and
the HF have to sit and wait at this point for the pool of ETF's and available shares to be put back into circulation. How so? Unlike MM HF cannot write options or sell the stock without making a requisite affirmation that they actually own the stock. HF have to borrow or release
those shares back into the system in order to re-borrow them again. Additionally, what I've also seen is that if there are any ETF's to borrow they load up on those in the morning only to unload them in the afternoon. Options stop trading after 1pm pst and 4pm est. Additionally,
if you are still worried about dilution please do not be. AMC CEO AA has already stated that no new shares will be sold in 2021 and if they need capital that they have some shares still remaining that can be used. My guess AA will come in like a boss and give us volume during our
squeeze. Pleas $AMC family be nice to those who hold $GME, we need to be a family unit. This week I expect to see a bit of a rise in our stock by about Wednesday/thursday it won't be our squeeze but I think we are tracking well for the 11/12 dollar price range. I'll keep you up
to date as the days go by. #TSLA so you all have been asking what is going on with Tesla stock as you've seen some low lows and some of the highest highest within the last 6 months or so in the market. Tomorrow we'll receive the earnings report for Q1 of this stock after hours.
While I'm looking forward to reading the report, I'm reminded that here in the U.S. a situation facing all of our tech giants are the chips needed to run the products. So I imagine that the supply chain issues are going to be listed as a going concern item. In the call taking
tomorrow I'm specifically looking at how they've fixed their battery issues as well as the manufacturing for their model 3 vehicle specs. We need them to meet their production targets so that their sales can match their forecasts. But like all products right now the delay in
okay looks like I'm out of room to type on here so there will be a part three continuing my analysis on #TSLA and going into to #NAKD and #OCGN. #Wallstreetbets #Moon #Amctothemoon #Stonks #Bullish #market @threadreaderapp unroll...Part 3 coming up next..

#AMC #GME #TSLA #OCGN #NAKD alright part 3 here we go. Now were we left off in part two was discussing about TSLA and how we need their sales to match their forecasts. Why is this important from an accounting perspective and internally the company is looking at having strong
quarters as we emerge from the pandemic. I know a big part of that is the micro chips and supply chains when it comes to materials both importing and exporting them and it doesn't help that a lot of it has been hampered due to the pandemic. So tomorrow I'll listen in on the call
and hopefully I can give you some insight as to what to expect from the company going forward. #OCGN you are up...Wow can I just say you guys have held and held you all saw some massive gains last week so kudos to each and every one of you who are continuing to hold onto this

#AMC #GME #Stonks #Market #TSLA #wallstreetbets #mooning #squeeze #OCGN Alright, good morning everyone I hope and trust you all have had a wonderful morning thus far. Lets get into this new SR-DTC-2021-007 rule shall we. Today's Recap is about "Going Digital"
So this whole rule in a nutshell is that DTCC is going to an automated system called ClaimConnect for the following reasons:
1. Manual adjustments are not subject to the DTC's risk Management Controls, which can unexpectedly put the receiving party at risk.
2. It lacks a unique
identifier or way to track the adjustment.
3. no automated notification process, so you can see where and what's happening to the adjustments as they are being made or accepted by either party.
4. No platform exists where you can see the work being detailed out.

#AMC #GME #TSLA #KOSS #OCGN good morning everyone, I hope and trust you have had a wonderful morning despite what is going on in the market. Below is your ortex data and a few words of wisdom as we go through this valley today.
Hold if you can only buy more if you can afford to. Don't jump one ship to get to the other one just to have to come back. Reason is that you create an undue tax burden by selling short just to take whatever gains you get to apply it to the next stock. I'm sorry but nothing
short of a squeeze will get me to sell either my GME or AMC. I'm not going to dump one for the other as I like options and I always have. I'm definitely not going to pay Short term capital gains at my ordinary tax rate. Nope, as my nephew say's it's never going to happen. I'm

#AMC #GME #wallstreetbets #AMCSqueeze #GMEtothemoon #MEMES #stonks let’s talk about this rule that is being changed and why.... so the SR-NSCC-2021-006 (not 806) 🤪 time to put my glasses on. 🤓 The purpose of rule change is to I quote “remove a service that allows issuers of
Securities, either themselves or through an issuer-designated administrator, to track and limit the number of beneficial owners for an individual Security (“Security Holder Tracking Service”),” so what is going on???? Let’s walk down memory lane... in 2008 the DTCC built this
tracking system to allow companies that were closely held to track and limit the number of shares sent out to investors in regards to ownership. The system knew the stock the shareholders had and how much each one held. That’s great in a perfect world but unfortunately for us

#AMC #GME #TSLA #MEMES #STONKS #MOONING #TOTHEMOON #Wallstreetbets Part 3 "Stepping into the light"
There is definitely more to why having this specific order type will change trading but that is my first glance and synopsis of it. I will be watching the court case as it goes
by and providing updates, but we want the appellate court to rule in the SEC’s favor so that we can literally take out almost every strategy that has been used to hit us hard during these last five months by HF and MM albeit through the ATS or holding orders until it
makes sense for them to release it until it provides them with the ultimate benefit. This coupled with all the other rulings would provide another layer of protection as we move into the final stages of the endgame for our infinite squeeze.

I hope that helps. Let me know if you
