Justice Shah: when the HC has dismissed it place that for consideration. Let the HC order come on board. place the HC order and we will take it up on Friday

Justice Banerjee: I do not know if we can stop any exam in individual cases. High court has already decided.
AG submitted that a criminal case was filed with Mazgaon Magistrate against MLA Zeeshan Siddique’s Trust and the trustees who were supplying #Remdesivir as they did not have license. No case was registered against Siddique as he had only supplied.
