Here is where this article fails:

Sound simple? The author is an analyst.

Stopping methane will take
-an ARMY of DEDICATED regulators
-constant monitoring
-regularly replacing equipment
-stopping venting--no reliable technology exists for this.

It's not simple and not likely possible that any of this will happen.
