Alberta will offer a one-time payment of $2000 for small- and medium-sized businesses that implement restrictions exemption program (aka vaccine passport program)
Alberta will also ramp up rapid testing and increase public reporting in schools.
Premier Kenney will also encourage schools to establish mandatory vaccination rule.
Contact tracing will begin in a "phased approach" as of Oct. 12. AHS will work with schools and notify close contacts - with AHS taking over notification by mid-November with schools still assisting identifying cases.
