To be honest, when you are in writing mode, that actually is exactly what you should do. The ability to communicate big ideas to humanity sometimes requires disengaging from humanity. Writers are loners & recluses.

Mom also wanted me to “settle down” & I am not opposed to the idea. I’m also aware that:

Women in control of themselves & minds of their own & voices often are perceived as controlling. I am anti-harm & pro-social-responsibility for outcomes your choices create for others, especially the vulnerable, but if anyone fears being controlled… you know where the door is.

I’m not willing to tame or have tamed my connection to nature/creativity (my “wild”). At the same time, I feel super strongly about certain civilized things like not harming others. Except almost every civilization seems to be built on exploitation then people blame those harmed.
