As per the guidelines of the #ElectionCommission for the #PunjabElections2022, the #AamAadmiParty has made public its list of candidates on social media. Many have criminal cases registered against them.

#AAP has released the list of all the candidates for the total 117 seats in Punjab. There are 32 candidates in the list who have criminal cases registered against them.

A case of murder has been registered against Ajnala candidate Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal. Sajjan Singh Cheema, candidate from Sultanpur Lodhi, has been booked for allegedly committing murder.

AAP's Jasvir Singh Gill has been fielded, two cases of section 420 are registered against him.There are 3 cases registered against Sukhveer Singh from D under section 420. Candidate from #Patiala Rural Constituency Dr. Balbir Singh,

Shamsher Singh from Dinanagar also 1-1 case of cheating, Baljinder Kaur from #Talwandi Sabo, Aman Arora from Sunam, Kulwant Singh Pandori from Mahla Kalan, Amit Sahnewal from #Bathinda Rural, Hardeep Singh But there is a case of fraud.

There are criminal cases against them too.
There are also many cases registered against the leaders of Aam Aadmi Party and candidates of other parties. Among them,

Shiromani Akali Dal MLA and former minister #BikramSinghMajithia is out on bail in the drug case. A case of money laundering has also been registered against Congress candidate Sukhpal Khaira.

He is currently in Patiala Jail and is contesting elections from there. However, the #Punjab-#HaryanaPolice #HighCourt has reserved the decision regarding his bail.
