Separatist sources accusing #Ukraine of a "large-scale" shelling this morning and apparently Russian media is already repeating these claims. It looks like a pretext to justify an escalation.

First news this morning: #Russia is withdrawing troops.
But mostly just closer to the border with #Ukraine or to different areas. Buildup seems to continue. More tweets to follow.
