So the summary of all those talks today (and in the last days and weeks) is: No breakthrough, no sign of deescalation by #Russia, just another exchange of points of view. Meanwhile Russia's military buildup at the border with #Ukraine continues.

Joint Russian - Belarusian exercises "Allied Resolve - 2022" began at training grounds in #Belarus - Russian Ministry of Defense
Meeting between Foreign Secretary Liz Truss and Lavrov started in #Moscow this morning. Before the meeting Truss said "We are concerned about the Russian military build-up on the border with #Ukraine" and added that the increase in troops at the border can not be ignored.
