"Should vaccine passports become mandatory, it is crucial for the public to distinguish between how these documents can be used to ensure public health and how they may violate an individual’s privacy and threaten their security." #Trudeau#Freeland#WEF
Tyranny has reared its ugly head in Canada through #Trudeau. Canadians won’t forget.
I wonder how Gerry Butts is going to spin the revocation of the #EmergencyAct by his friend Trudeau.
If you needed a proof that the Canadian #senate is relevant, you now have it. #cdnpoli
Those didn't stand in #Trudeau's and #Freeland's way to tyranny must be very confused. Trudeau and Freeland twisted their arms then left them humiliated. This is a humiliation to all those who blindly follow the PM and his deputy. #cdnpoli
And those journalists who blindly supported, even pushed for the #EmergenciesAct to be adopted, what are they saying now?
How can #Trudeau and his croonies claim that the #EmergenciesAct has been revoked because it has accomplished what it was intended for when:
What was accomplished came before the vote on the act,
And Trudeau claimed that the vote was a vote of confidence?
Because at the time of the vote, parliament and surroundings were cleared from protesters, but #Trudeau still insisted that the vote on the act was a vote of confidence.
Either #Trudeau intended to keep the act for a longer period but he was so much constrained and then faced opposition in the senate, and probably some negative polls, so he backtracked... #EmergenciesAct
Or #Trudeau used the vote on the act in order to trick parliament into another election for which he would not be blamed by the Canadian public but would collect all the benefit while the opposition is still disorganized.
The trick being that #Trudeau, who never felt comfortable leading a minority gov, would ask Canadians to go to the polls again, not because of his fault but because MPs did not vote to allow the gov to enforce law and order. This was going to be the narrative. #cdnpoli
#Trudeau failed miserably in his latest attempt to play the Canadian public and parliament.

It's sad that it has come to this in #Ukraine but #Russia was left with no other choice. NATO has been encircling Russia ever since Putin took the helm and refused western diktat. 1/
The immediate post Soviet Russia has seen misery, degradation of quality of life and life expectancy under the western diktat of Neoliberalism and loss of sovereignty to oligarchs and multinationals. 2/
The West must learn to respect its adversaries and discuss their security concerns instead of acting arrogantly while humiliating and provoking them.3/ #Ukraine#Russia
In the 24 hours after Putin recognized two breakaway Ukrainian republics, the U.S. and its allies bought $700 million in Russian oil, gas and commodities. @JavierBlas says it'll be business as usual. #Ukrainebloomberg.com/opinion/articl… via @bopinion
"And that's the way it’s going to be — at least for now. The US & its European allies will continue buying Russian nat resources & Moscow will continue shipping them, despite the biggest political crisis between the former Cold War warriors since the collapse of the Soviet Union"
"At this point, neither Moscow nor the US & its allies have an economic, political or military interest in weaponizing oil, gas and other natural resources....The initial round of Western sanctions — and the reaction from the Kremlin — was a reflection of that current posture."
#Putin sending military help to the #Donbass is the next logical conclusion after recognizing their independence. They asked for this help. This isn't an invasion, this is similar to the Russian operation in #Syria, made at the request of the Syrian gov rt.com/russia/550408-…
However, what the #US did in #Iraq and #Syria was an invasion because the poeple of Iraq and Syria didn't ask for US military presence. #Putin#Donbass
The Russian military will limit their operation to the #Donbass, Putin has no intention of invading Ukraine and occupying areas with a population hostile to Russia like the US did in Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria
"Russian President Vladimir Putin is ‘undeterred’ not from plans to invade Donbass no less other parts of Ukraine but because he has no such plans. He is using military pressure to solve two problems and if that proves a bridge too far than just one of them."
"Moscow’s...military presence near #Ukraine has twisted...American & Ukrainian arms to join... in a two-tier conflict resolution process...to draw Washington into the Minsk ‘Normandy 4 process’...and get it to negotiate...on security in eastern Europe & western Eurasia."
1/ The vaccinated protect themselves. The unvaccinated aren't a danger but to themselves. In the current context, it a deeply private thing to get vaccinated or not. #TruckersConvoy2022
2/ Pain is private. Death is private. The body is something private.
