Part 1/2
This sharing focuses on the introductory research, mainly on the technical framework, and supplemented by ecological development. Thread is a bit long and there is no financial advice in the whole context. Please read it thoroughly.
1/18 #Cosmos Ecosystem is far more prosperous and diverse than most people think. Cosmos is not just an Atom chain. The #BSC#Terra#Oasis you know well belongs to the Cosmos Ecosystem. The total market value in the ecosystem has even reached 138B. What kind of magic power is it?
2/18 This is a great definition of #Cosmos, and the prominent part is its core ecological characteristics. A little flustered to see a series of professional terms? Don't worry. Let's explain it one by one.
3/18 To start off, it is very necessary to understand the development background of blockchain. From 1.0 to 3.0 is a process from line to surface and then to space. #Bitcoin has laid the technical foundation of the decentralized system.
4/18 #Ethereum provides a site for the landing of ecological applications, while #cosmos is carrying the mission of cross chain interoperability to expand its territory.
5/18 It may be more intuitive to understand from the architectural aspect. #Bitcoin has an integrated architecture, and its functions cannot be broken down after, so the modularity is the worst.
6/18 #Ethereum separates the application layer into #EVM to facilitate developers' development, while #Cosmos divides the contract layer, consensus layer and network layer into three parts, and puts forward corresponding packaging solutions respectively.
7/18 #Tendermint consensus is a #POS consensus algorithm based on BFT, which is mainly composed of consensus engine Tendermint Core and Interface ABCI. Tendermint Core is the core consensus algorithm of #Cosmos and the basic consensus of the whole network architecture.
8/18 ABCI is a protocol calling interface based on consensus. It mainly provides two functions: one is to quickly extract relevant information from the block stack, and the other is not to be limited by the development language.
9/18 #Tendermint mechanism makes the consensus layer and network layer in #Cosmos network composable, which makes it possible to modularize the bottom layer of blockchain.
10/18 Here comes the #Cosmos SDK, a general development framework for blockchain. All the parameters of a currency on the chain (e.g. the inflation, deflation, pledge binding, etc) can be voted and defined by developers.
11/18 This undoubtedly gives developers a great degree of freedom, so that it is no longer difficult to build a public chain in line with specific application scenarios.
12/18 In addition, one word that #Cosmos SDK constantly emphasizes is #Sovereignty, and developers and users are the makers of blockchain rules.
13/18 If the #Cosmos SDK is compared to the Federal Constitution, each chain built on it is an autonomous region, and each autonomous region is highly #autonomous but abides by the same constitution. I think this is the best interpretation of Cosmos Sovereignty.
14/18 Now let's talk about #IBC, which is very popular recently. IBC is essentially a module in #Cosmos SDK and a standardized interchain communication protocol. The TCP / IP protocol of blockchain built by IBC makes Multi-Chain Data interworking possible.
15/18 The main function of #IBC is to provide the exchange of assets and information between isomorphic chains. Due to the #Tendermint Consensus used for security confirmation, IBC cannot directly communicate with chains with different consensus mechanisms at present.
16/18 In addition, with the development of technology, #IBC is not necessarily the best Multi-Chain Communication Protocol, but with the accumulation of consensus and ecology, it does not hinder the possibility of IBC becoming a standard cross chain protocol.
17/18 Heterogeneous chain communication is realized through the bridging of Gravity Bridge. This is a #blockchain independent of #Cosmos ecology.
18/18 It has its own independent verifier responsible for the maintenance and security of the network, and supports the shared security of #Cosmos hub.

Part 2/2
1/14 Let's talk about the #Cosmos hub again. The #IBC protocol standardizes cross chain information so that blockchains in the Cosmos network can also communicate.
2/14 In this economically integrated network, #Cosmos Hub is the value pivot of this network. So far, let's look back and see if there can be a little different experience in the definition of Cosmos?
3/14 When it comes to #Cosmos, an unavoidable topic is the comparison with #Polkadot. In addition to the four features mentioned earlier, I think the biggest difference between the two lies in the difference between the Security mechanism and the Cross Chain mechanism.
