#AFG Ministry of Education Notice:
"All girls' schools&high schools above the sixth grade are informed that the lessons of these schools have been postponed untill further notice. Whenever a comprehensive plan, in accordance with Sharia& Afghan tradition& culture, is developed...
...and the leadership of the IEA orders its implementation, then the schools& high schools will be informed accordingly."
Note:
#Taliban had over 6 months time to prepare "a comprehensive plan", but in my opinion, they are using girls education as bargaining chip for recognition.
#UNAMA reacted to the #Taliban's decision on the postponement of the reopening of girls schools in Afghanistan:
#Taliban SM activist:
"The closure of #girls' #schools above the grade six is not justified by sharia, tradition or politics. Very sad that no plan has been made for girls education in the last 8 months. But I am confident that #IEA leaders will act quickly to resolve the issue." Image
TB SM activists #mocked the decision of the leadership:

"You have not yet made a plan to open girls' schools. How will you make a plan for the whole govt?
Gen. Mobeen:
"After the 6th grade, girls can study again up to 6th grade, then it will be 12 (pass high school)." ImageImage

"I deeply regret today’s announcement by Taliban in AFG that girls’ education from the 6th grade has been suspended until further notice. I urge TB's de facto authorities to open schools for all students without any further delay."

Some #Taliban and pro-TB social media activists openly #criticized the postponmemt of the opening of #girls_schools in #AFG. The main reason behind today's outrage of Afghans, is the renege of the TB's leadership upon their promise to open schools for girls in the new solar year. ImageImageImageImage
#Turkey called on the #Taliban to allow #girls of all ages to go to #schools in #Afghanistan.
#UNAMA message to the #Taliban:
"Taliban decision on girls’ education will cause irreparable damage to Afghanistan if not reversed."

General McKenzie, commander of #CENTCOM told the U.S. Senate Armed Services Committee on March 15:
1. #ISKP poses a moderate to high threat to the Taliban& civilians. The group could establish an external attack capability against the U.S.& its allies in 12-18 months, or sooner.
2. #AQ will most likely continue to #maintain_a_low_profile under pressure from the #Taliban, which seeks international legitimacy. AQ likely still aspires to recruit& train, & if successful, restore an external attack capability against the U.S. & its allies in 12 to 24 months.
3. For the U.S., conducting CT operations in AFG from “over the horizon” remains difficult, but not impossible. Withdrawal of U.S. forces has exacerbated gaps in our intelligence. Reductions in consistent CT pressure potentially could enable VEO groups to pose increased #threats.

#Taliban supreme leaders' #instructions to the Mujahidin (Taliban):
1. All Mujahideen should make their intentions pure for Allah.
2. Adorn yourselves with the adornment of piety, elders& youth.
3. Be thankful to Allah, who has given you a great victory with Holy Jihad& his help.
4. Consider fairness & #justice in all affairs/matters.
5. Do good to your afflicted people (the nation).
6. Beware of arrogance, pride, showing off, cruelty & betrayal.
7. Strictly avoid #ethnocentrism and #nepotism.

Pro-TB sources told me that it is more likely that the acting minister of interior, Khalifa #Sirajuddin_Haqqani, will #appear_in_public and allow media to film him.
