#Iran, #China and #Russia voted twice.
On 21 Apr 2021, @OPCW suspended #Syria's voting rights and prohibited it from holding #OPCW offices for its repeated use of chemical weapons.

Pakistan, Iran, Palestine voted "NO".

Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Iraq, UAE, Oman, Vatican abstained.
