Aluminium powder own can, under the right circumstances, explode without other oxidizer. That would require the right air/powder mixture.

1. Very large area. I estimated 40 meter long by full width of road+ roadside. 20 m? 800 m2?
2. It seems the explosion was not caused by the truck having an accident - rather the explosion happened on the trailer while moving- completely destroying the trailer.
The firemen are extinguishing fire even on the other side of soundboard. Huge explosion.

Its front figure is Roman Yuneman, a russian politician who describes himself as a “democratic nationalist” but his opinions are probably better described as "national socialist"
