*Spike L452R/F486V* on a Omicron background is common in all these -- But many currently assigned as BA.4 by GISAID lacks these *signature* mutants but have NS7B L11F NSP1 141-143del and N P151S

Just bringing it to the attention to make sure, the assignment definitions cross-check both the tree and its branches.. making sure that the rooted definitions carry over
