Kremlin #propaganda continues its all-encompassing #disinformation campaign against Poland embedded in the context of the Russian #WARINUKRAINE. Recently, the #RU regime has exploited the issues it believes to have the biggest potential to pit the Poles against Ukrainians.
1/11
Examples of the anti-Polish narratives pushed by Russia:
- #refugees from Ukraine are freeloaders
- the Poles use Ukrainians as cheap workforce
- the Poles steal the money allocated for the refugees
...
2/11
- Poland wants to seize the western part of Ukraine
- #Warsaw uses #Kyiv as a tool of its own political agenda
- the Poles have forgotten about the horrors of the Volhynia Massacre
- Ukrainian intelligence services recruit their agents among the Poles
3/11
Within said campaign, Poland is also portrayed as being aggressive. Accusations of craving for western part of UA are complemented with the following lies:
- PL seeks to seize Belarus & Moldova
- Militarization of PL within NATO is growing
- PL is afraid to lose NATO’s trust
4/11
RU #propaganda doesn’t give up on those information warfare efforts that aim to solidify the following misperceptions about PL:
- #PL is "Russophobic"
- #PL is the West’s (US’ in particular) liegeman
- #PL is the victim of its own antiRussian economic policy (gas, sanctions)5/11
Ahead of and in relation to the so called #VictoryDay in Russia, the Kremlin has pushed the following narratives about Poland, which btw it always does on such occasions:
The monitoring of the Russian #propaganda channels, incl. Russian embassies worldwide, shows that the Kremlin seeks to solidify the false picture of Ukraine as a Nazi, terrorist, criminal and dangerous (as an alleged possessor of bio-weapons) state.
7/11
In recent days, and also in relation to the #VictoryDay in Russia, the Kremlin’s propaganda apparatus has channeled its efforts toward spreading lies about the West, particularly by accusing it of:
- distorting the truth about the liberation of Europe by the #RedArmy
...
8/11
- helping Ukraine develop biological weapons
- waging information warfare against Russia
- turning a blind eye on the bloom of neo-Nazism in Ukraine
- acting in a way so as to make the war last as long as possible
9/11
Other anti-Western narratives reported to be recently spread by Russia are as follows:
- while retreating, Ukrainians abandon the weaponry supplied to them by the West
- arms deliveries to Ukraine play a destructive role in this war
10/11
- the US and #Ukraine are planning to kill civilians just to later put the blame on Russia
- the Russian attack on Ukraine has been provoked by NATO’s ambitions in the region

1/10
Przykłady narracji:
- uchodźcy z Ukrainy pasożytują na Polsce
- Polacy wykorzystują Ukraińców jako tanią siłę roboczą
- Polacy rozkradają pieniądze na pomoc uchodźcom
...
2/10
- RP chce zaatakować i zająć zachodnią Ukrainę
- Kijów to narzędzie w rękach Warszawy
- Polacy zapomnieli o Rzezi Wołyńskiej
- ukraińskie służby rekrutują w RP agentów

Russian "academics" are joining in the Kremlin's propaganda efforts to lie about the truth of the war against Ukraine and to manipulate Western-Russian relations. 1/5
The Institute of Europe of the Russian Academy of Sciences has prepared a special publication that describes the military action against Ukraine in a way that is consistent with Moscow's interests and lies.
2/5
The brochure repeats the Kremlin's main lies about the invasion of Ukraine, says about a ‘special operation’, repeats insinuations against the authorities in Kiev and Ukrainians and accuses the West of aggression.
3/5
3/5
For the past few days, Russian propaganda has been waging a coordinated disinformation campaign against Poland.
1/6
Within the framework of these actions, the representatives of the Kremlin, the main Russian media, as well as typical disinformation media, have been spreading insinuations against Poland, convincing that it is preparing to attack and occupy the western part of Ukraine.
2/6
In order to authenticate lies, Russian propaganda used a falsified order from a Polish general, which Russia presented in its message as proof of the mobilization of the Polish Army and as authentication of Poland's hostile plans towards Ukraine.
3/6
Kampanię oszczerstw przeciwko Polsce prowadzili m. in. D. Pieskow, D. Miedwiediew, S. Naryszkin czy N. Patruszew, insynuując, że Polska ma wobec Ukrainy roszczenia terytorialne i może stanowić zagrożenie dla ukraińskiego terytorium.
3/5
Sergey Mikheyev, one of Russia's leading propagandists, keeps on streaming Ukraine hostile narrative. In a recent program, Mikheyev argued that the Ukrainian language is dead and no one wants to use it. 1/4
In doing so, propagandist argued that Ukraine is dominated by ‘neo-Nazis’ and ‘nationalists’ who speak only Russian. ‘President Zelenski is left alone, he is the only one trying’, he said. ‘Nobody uses Ukrainian, it doesn't exist’ - this was the message trickled by Mikheyev . 2/4
For several years, the Kremlin has been arguing that Ukraine has no right to separateness. Lies about Ukrainian language are a further suggestion that Ukraine and Russia are doomed to function as part of one state.
