First of all, A town hall meeting is the moment that you connect to your community.
Listen to what they've got to say, address their issues and frustrations. Provide transparency & clarity.
Share what you're working on and provide some updates.

Consider purchasing tools such that people can ask & upvote questions during the town hall.
Eventually you'll get a top list of most burning questions which can be addressed on the spot.
Give them a feeling that they're being heard.

Next, I'm not entirely sure why there were so many speakers today?
@Barndog_Solana grew in his role as a moderator and he's doing great running the meetings.
Have @yawn_rong or perhaps even @Mable_Jiang (she's been impressive on AMA's) as a #StepN representative. That's it.

Stay focussed to the goal of the meeting. I love listening to podcasts such as @HowIBuiltThis where founders share their story but a town hall isn't the right place to do so.
Include your community in this event. People used to get up for this in the middle of their nights.

Being overly optimistic in dire times can be counterproductive.
Some questions which could've been addressed:
- Q3 is about to end. Were sneakers & #GMT purchased from Q2 earnings?
- Ape realm: Hyped up severely and then nothing
- #STEPtember: Why no in-app challenges?

Who's the leader at #StepN?
Founders aren't per se good leaders. @yawn_rong is a smart person but @Mable_Jiang is the individual that gives me most leadership vibes. The tower of strength.

I don't mean to be overly negative and I don't know the inner workings but I'm no longer getting inspired.
A combination of several (former) bad impulsive decisions & being publicly muted for a while make it hard to rally behind @yawn_rong. Many problems remain unanswered.

I keep doing my daily energy and am grateful that #StepN could impact my life in a positive way.
But a town hall like todays might do more harm than good.
A lot of time & effort is invested. Make sure that you manage to reach your doubters ( community & new investors).
