#Russia's forces in #Ukraine are spending the night counting bodies.

Numerous attacks on occupied areas over a few hours, probably in #Crimea, definitely in #Donetsk + #Luhansk and most devastatingly in #Zaporizhzhia.

The biggest strike was in #Melitopol:

One of my unsung heroes of the war is #Ukraine's legendary rock star @s_vakarchuk who's spent so much time criss-crossing the country giving free, unannounced performances to keep spirits high.

Which frankly shows how little #Putin cares for the lives of the people.

#Russia's losses remain steady.
The deaths are for the previous day, and any of the various overnight strikes in #Melitopol, #Luhansk etc. won't be added to this total yet.

10 drones shot down yesterday, which is above average and which I wrote about previously.

A previously little known #Ukraine Resistance group in #Crimea has claimed responsibility for the early morning burning of one of #Russia's military barracks on the occupied peninsula.

Explosions hit occupied #HolaPrystan' this afternoon.

It's on the left bank, just a little south and down river from #Kherson city.

The whole area around here is under #Ukraine fire control. In my opinion #Russia will find it difficult to defend with dwindling supplies.

Also in #Kherson region today, explosions heard in #Beryslav and #NovaKakhovka.

Kherson city itself has recently also been hit, and earlier today rockets hit the Koralbelny district:

Unconfirmed reports of #Ukraine hitting Russians in occupied #Berdyansk.

It's claimed UAF missiles hit the invaders while they were reloading air defence systems.

7 units of equipment and 30 rockets are said to have been destroyed.

Occupied #Donetsk is again smoking.
In recent days there have been many rockets hitting the city.

But 2 separate army sources told me these are grads, and while #Ukraine does use them on the front line, Donetsk city is NOT in range. They are 100% convinced #Russia does this

Whether it is #Russia or #Ukraine firing on #Donetsk, the easy thing to remember is:

If Russia stops fighting and leaves, there is no war.
If Ukraine stops fighting, there is no Ukraine.

This video from yesterday in #Avdiivka near front line. #Russia has been trying to make ground around here for weeks, with little change to the status quo. But slowly more and more towns and villages become empty shells in more than one sense.
