Adv Ojha points out First false statement by Plaintiff that it is not proved that death of Dr. Snehal Lunawat was due to side effects of vaccines and therefore the allegations by defendants are false and the defendants are guilty of defaming plaintiff.

Plaintiff also failed to file petition copy of Dr. Snehal Lunawat against SII.

Adv Ojha points out Smt. Kiran Yadav also filed a criminal writ petition before this Hon’ble Court bearing Writ Petition (Cri.) No. 6159 of 2021 for direction to CBI to initiate criminal prosecution against Poonawala and their partner in crime #BillGates & others.

“it is clear that the accused are habitual offenders of earning profits by selling vaccines with death causing side effects and therefore,

they are in the category of ‘Mass Murderers’. The minimum punishment for such offences is death penalty.”

Adv Ojha informs the court that more than 1000 similar cases will be filed in nearby areas in the next one month. There will be many more around the country.

#AstraZeneca is banned in 21 countries. One young person died in ‘Norway Country’ and that was enough to restrict it. Now the Plaintiff says #AstraZeneca is not the same as #Covishield . This is a lie as submitted by Government of India itself.

In August 2021, Cyrus Poonawala says “All the people should get #Booster dose also”. This shows that all the doses that were discarded in Europe will be given to Indian citizens.

Adv. Ojha recalls hearing for #Vaccinemandate in front of CJ Dutta in Bombay HC. After providing the data, he asked Govt of MH to provide all notes, minutes etc to show basis for the decision. When no documents were presented CJ Dutta said “You have fooled the courts as well”.
