Internal Affairs Minister of #Ukraine #Monastyrsky, his deputy #Enin among 16 dead in helicopter crash in #Brovary, 22 more wounded. 2 children dead, 10 wounded on the ground
it's extremely disturbing for a lots of reasons..

2/ In #Brovary, a helicopter of the State Emergency Service crashed near a kindergarten

so far claimed 18 people have died, including 2 or 3 children. Among the dead were 9 people who were on board the rotorcraft.
National Police chief : Igor #Klymenko said that the entire top

3/ management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was on board the helicopter: the minister, his deputy and the state secretary. #Monastyrsky died
waiting for result of the the ongoing investigation but if it is a Ru "job" the repercussion are huge and it would be a "first" .

4/ A direct Eyewitnesses of the disaster in Brovary told the details of the crash

"The helicopter made three circles over "Foroy", flew to the center, began to descend sharply, hit down, burst into flames and that was it," a local resident described the moment of the crash.

5/ This is what the kindergarten in Brovary looks like now, next to which the helicopter fell.

6/ The kindergarten teacher in Brovary told the details of the disaster

According to her, she was just receiving the children when she saw the glow.

"At first there was a buzzing noise, as if something was flying. We quieted down, and then, after a roar, we heard an explosion.

7/ Everyone lay down, evacuated to a shelter quickly. We managed to receive four children and their parents immediately took them away," she said.

All my thoughts and prayers to all the parents out there and also to the family of the dead in the crash.

8/ before drawing any conclusion about this accident, i just want to remind people that Helicopters are special "animals" (a bit like Osprey) - it is very easy to have a quick "simple" incident that escalate immediately in a tragic accident !
No one saw a pre explosion

would directly imply that a #Russian missile would have hit the helicopter !!?? as per the gen proc - french LE Monde reports -!
i haven't seen this info yet. need to confirm that guys.

10/ in the meantime Nebytov called on eyewitnesses of the helicopter crash in Brovary to contact the police for informations.. not excluding anything..
I just hope the true story will be tell here.. i know it could "help & serve a deeper purpose".. but..

11/ in the meantime this morning #Hungary (see the priorities there!) wants EU to lift sanctions from oligarchs close to Putin. (9 pax) including heavy businessmen close to Putin, RFE/RL reported, citing anonymous diplomatic sources.
They need more supports & money in Moscow...
