1⃣ A High Conviction View.
$DXY (USD Index) was trading around 105, a hard support, which if it holds, I have high conviction it will bounce to 110 in a short time, aka, bullish continuation bias.
With that view, I chose to short #EURUSD and Long #USDJPY

2⃣ Money Management (MM) is 🔑
I deposited $2048 on 08.08.2022, with that fund, I can trade up to 100 lot #EURUSD. But my trade size is only 0.1 to 0.5 lot.
First trade was a loss, neverminded, I tried again the next day and started making some small wins.

3⃣ Scaling Up.
At this time, I doubled my balance to $4500 with a series of small wins. With the High Conviction View, I was scaling up my trade size, to get as much money as possible from that View.
It is just like playing #poker, when you have good hands, you Raise

4⃣ Compounding #Profit.
After 2 weeks, my balance is x10 from $2048 to $20,000. But that is not the stop. My strategy is still:
- #Scraping with small trades.
- Holding big trade Longer, to maximize the potential profit.

5⃣ Realizing your Profit.
#Profit is not REAL if you don't realize it.
When #USDJPY was approaching 145, the level from ... 1998. I start closing my big positions.
At this point, my conviction for a higher #DXY is not really high, so I withdrew $24000.

6⃣ STOP🛑
#Money is printed when market is in easy mode.
$Money is lost when market is choppy.
⏳When I start getting a series of loss, I know that my edge was gone, and IF I keep trading, I will give all money back, sooner or later.

👉This #strategy is NOT easy, but it is not too hard either. If I can do it, you can do it.
👉X50 or X100 is rare case, but x5 to x10 is quite common, in my #trading career.
👉Loss is tiny, Win is huge.
