Da second part he will say NATO is threatening the security of the Russian Federation by sending long-range weapons and other things. That NATO is basically at war with Russia so Russia can't ignore this indefinitely and has to step up the game to protect its citizens.
In da third part of he’s going to give every NATO country a simple choice: stop being part of this conflict now while you still can and save the lives of your citizens -OR- you will be in a state of WAR with Russia.
