Hello & welcome to Day 432 of #Russia's illegal war in #Ukraine.
A new day, a new month; for many countries a public holiday so enjoy your day and check back here for the latest updates.

Did you have a busy Sunday and miss something?
Here's a chance to catch up on what you missed, such as more attacks on #Ukraine, another sacking by #Putin and partisans in #Moscow plus more...
And following on from the previous tweet about #Russia trying to convince the brainwashed that their lives are threatened by #Ukraine and #NATO, I gave another example of why last night.
Recruitment of cannon fodder isn't going well and they need bodies.
A minor fightback by #Ukraine (not the full counteroffensive yet) in key areas of the frontline.
Here's the translation of this morning's statement by the military. #Russia leaving some positions in #Bakhmut and the capture of invaders near #Lyman.
1/2 News coming in of two more successful hits on #Russia's forces in the occupied part of #Zaporizhzhia.
#Ukraine sources say about 30 invaders were killed in the early hours, and the same number injured near #Poloh
Rockets also destroyed 3 APCs and a KaMAZ lorry. #StopRussia
2/2 Almost 100km west of #Polohy, another Russian base was struck at #Mikhailivka.
Locals say #Russia's troops took over the Hetman cafe in the town and following the strikes secondary explosions - presumably ammunition igniting - were heard.
A nearby school was also damaged.
But destruction on the other side of the frontline in #Zaporizhzhia
#Russia used air-strikes on #Hulyaipole
Private houses and farm buildings were badly damaged.
Presumably the invaders believes #Ukraine troops were based there.
A couple of thank yous to give now.
Earlier Michael G and @mjjsmorenburg bought me coffees. Thank you guys 💙💛
All support, words, coffees, tip-offs are very welcome, it takes a lot of time to keep the threads going.
I made a few typos and one attachment error in today's thread. Sorry about that and thanks @Joffan7 for correcting my mistake, posting the UK MoD update.
If you delete one tweet in a thread, it's irreparable and no edit button for those who don't pay for the tick.
There are upwards of 40 fires #Russia is struggling to control right now. They are highly likely affected by loss of manpower in some far eastern regions.
A woman's been arrested for a🔵+🟡anti-war poster in #Yekaterinburg.
Her husband said she knew she'd be arrested, but she did it anyway, saying "This is the truth and I wanted to declare it. So that people who have the same opinion do not feel alone."

An early start to Wednesday's daily thread because Ukraine is under attack again.
All the news, all day in one handy thread.
See link in my bio if you want to buy me a coffee💙💛
There was so much news on Tuesday.
You can review or catch up on what you missed right here, with the start of yesterday's thread, with stories about another train sabotage in #Russia, more fires, and how the man who killed Litvinenko in London suffers..
A quiet start to the day and I don't "pad out" the thread with inconsequential stories.
But I know a lot of people like to see the daily losses for #Russia (published by #Ukraine). But even here we see much lower numbers in the last 24 hours.
At least three people are dead and 8 injured when cruise missiles hit a city previously almost untouched by the war..
#Russia's barrage at around 04:00 this morning saw two rockets land in #Uman in central #Ukraine.
A large apartment block was hit and some warehouses nearby.
Straight to the news from #Mykolaiv (RU: #Nikolaev) which has been attacked by cruise missiles this morning.
One person's known to be dead and 23 injured after one of #Russia's Black Sea fleet fired on the peaceful city in southern #Ukraine, hitting an apartment block.
#Russia's losses a little higher in terms of equipment today but a little lower in terms of body bags.
