“Suicide is selfish.” This deep-rooted misconception refuses to die. And like all such persistent misconceptions, there's a logic to it that keeps it alive — but it's a logic based on a deeply flawed foundation — the human need that makes us take false answers over none.

So why do I say the "suicide is selfish" idea lies in our need for answers? Well, because we humans don't do well with loose ends—whole series are based on this need! Suicide is the ultimate question without answer—the only one who can is unavailable—so we make one up: "Selfish."
But why suicide? Well, PTSD's likelier with a human perpetrator—with natural disasters, it's random. But when someone attacks you, there’s the terror, not just of what happened, but of knowing…This. Wasn’t. Random. It’s personal—making it 100x worse.

Suicide hits us like that.

How To Judge A Book (or Course or Training) You Pay For

In 2009, a friend of mine made =N=1.4 million selling a 5 page ebook he had written.

It showed how one could get a laptop for =N=15,000 . Laptops sold for =N=70/80,000 back then so it was a draw and it was real.
He ran an ad, explaining the specs of said laptop and how you could buy his ebook and learn the strategy (a form of MLM).

Anyways, I was speaking at an event last year and shared the story. A member of the audience who bought that met me and said he didnt use the info because...
the ebook was just 5 pages. In his words, "why would he charge so much for 5 pages"? (it sold for =N=3,000).

It made me laugh because as I said to him, "Who cares how pages it is as long as it achieves for you the real reason why you bought it" it was clear to me this guy...

One year ago when H was being born in a hospital room, I was standing right next to my sister hearing her cry in pain. As her screams muffled, I heard baby H’s voice for the first time as he cried in the nurse’s arms. I welcomed him to the world with the cheeriest hello ever.
I was the first person to hold him and feed him his first ever meal; a quarter of teaspoon of honey. H, ever since, has been nothing but a source of joy for us. He has become best friends with mummy, nana, nani, khala, maamo.
