The beauty of working at a place like The Post is the mission comes first. And -- surprise, surprise -- everyone doesn't always agree. /4
This does unleash a "secret," I suppose: My own politics are hard to pin down, and don't fit in a box for either party. Story come first. /5
I've been to at least 12 countries and the Arctic Ocean this year chasing news for The Post, and I'm grateful for those opportunities. /6
