This operation only needed to be marginally successful to, combined with GOP-led voter suppression efforts in key states like Wisconsin, Michigan, North Carolina and Florida, to help cost Clinton the election.
This essentially was domestic and foreign voter suppression, targeting any minority and Sanders voters who through their social media or grassroots participation, showed themselves to be open to an anti-Clinton / don't vote message.
