JUST IN: George Zimmerman charged with aggravated stalking for allegedly sending harassing & threatening messages to a private investigator.
MORE: Zimmerman called the victim 55 times, left 36 voicemails, sent 67 texts & 27 emails in a 9-day span, including threatening to feed the victim to an alligator, according to arrest report. Story: clickorlando.com/news/george-zi…
Zimmerman also allegedly texted the victim, “I know how to handle people who f*** with me. I have since February 2012.”

Trayvon Martin was shot & killed February 26, 2012.

#Chambana friends, I have a sad story for you about one of my brand new coworkers, a former school bus driver who’s training as a city bus Operator. On August 10, she was assaulted and went into preterm labor, giving birth to her son Antoin. He weighed just 2#.
(I had one of my children 5 weeks early, she still weighed nearly 6#, and we spent less than a week in NICU. I have a hard time fathoming 2#.)
One of her assailants was apprehended & charged with aggravated assault of a pregnant person, & one was never found.

Consider this: There's a legal dispute between business partners (We're talking an $18 million dispute). Then comes along a shady character who claims he is owed $28,700.
And in order to get the $ 28,700 he files something called "involuntary bankruptcy"
2. The involuntary bankruptcy filed by this Shady character has the amazing effect of freezing the arbitration proceedings.
The timing of the involuntary bankruptcy filed by this Shady character comes 2 days prior to the deposition of the companies employees.
3. Thus a Shady street bum, with a long rap sheet effectively prevents not only arbitration but the deposition of the employees that would be crucial in the arbitration proceedings.
Now what if this Shady character worked for the guy against whom the arbitration was initiated?

When I first did real (small-a) agile, at @pivotallabs circa 2009, it was clear to me almost immediately that this was the most powerful way to build software that I’d ever participated in.
Pivotal wasn’t a brand so much at that point, and agile hadn’t “won.” I frequently had to explain, discuss, and (ultimately) defend the practices to many of the client developers on my early projects.
