3) Let's be kind. Roberts almost undoubtedly meant well. But this assertion, that there aren't 'Dem' and 'GOP' judges flies in the face of the facts. Conservative jurists are strict constructionists.
4) Liberals see the constitution as a 'living object' to be freely interpreted. It's an understandable argument; things do change. But a society without enforced laws ceases to exist.

12) Conservative pundits quickly rose to Trump's defense. Lofty ideals aside, the president was right, and now is being proven so. By the same media thinking it is demonizing him.
13) This is Sun Tzu at its most brilliant; one suspects Roberts even had to be in on it because it was such an obvious fact no one talks about. Even if he weren't, and this is just someone in a bubble isn't important.
14) What is, is the truth is now out on this, the Big Lie of activist courts exposed as a NATIONAL SECURITY ISSUE. The border is being rushed by 10,000 military aged men.
