In the southern #Russia republic of #Ingushetia there's a shootout between police + rebels.

The region has a history of insurgency. The FSB says militants barricaded themselves inside a building in Malgobek

It's linked to an attack last week when 2 police officers were injured.

The IADAT Telegram Channel is reporting the deaths (unconfirmed) of multiple Russian troops/police in the #Ingushetia shootout.

They also report the shooting has now calmed.

In occupied #Melitopol' there are reports of another explosion tonight, as yet unconfirmed.

UPDATE on #Melitopol'

The Occupiers say they shot down all 6 HIMARS missiles. However, #Ukraine's exiled Mayor of the city says there was huge damage for the occupiers, and locals report many ambulances heading to the military camp near the airfield.

#Russia's troop losses today the lowest for many weeks.

#Ukraine does report more artillery systems have been destroyed and another Russian helicopter downed.

They also report hearing rockets fly over their heads during the night.

The allegation is that #Russia's air defence is set up in residential areas, with frequent damage to houses/roads

Again trying to foment hatred and trouble, media in #Russia are spreading a FAKE that Ukrainians burned down a church of the Moscow-Patriarch in #Mykolaiv (RU: #Nikolaev) region.

But the video is from 2013 and of a church in the Russian village of Ilyinka.

Russians returning from abroad are being quizzed by the FSB soon after their return.

#Russia's Mobilization News channel reports young men are being made to explain their actions after fleeing mobilsation. Some are being forced home after visas expired.

#Russia publishes this photo of a drone which they say was shot down and fell in to a field in #Belgorod.

There were no injuries reported.

Earlier the Governor of #Bryansk said they had foiled an attempted incursion by armed militants, or a #Ukraine scouting mission.

However up pop the Russian Volunteer Corps again, claiming they did get across the border and spoke with locals. But this video doesn't prove anything

More shelling in #Kherson oblast today.

#Antonivka and here in #Oleshky particularly hit.

No casualties reported.
