1. On Global Warming

What will it take for me to believe humans are causing catastrophic global warming? Not a lot. Just reputable scientific evidence that the global temperatures have been rising steadily and alarmingly over the last 50-100 years. Is that too much to ask?

2. As I demonstrated in the enclosed thread, NASA has waxed and waned over whether the earth has been warming or cooling over the past century, depending on political zeitgeist on the topic. It doesn't inspire confidence, does it?

3. Be that as it may, it is best to keep an open mind on the topic, and go wherever the evidence leads. While the most recent data is no more conclusive than the historical data, it is reasonable to believe our measurement systems are more advanced now than they were in the past.

4. Global Warming Lives In The Dark

So it is definitely newsworthy what our latest global temperature readings of the past couple of years are telling us. All the more newsworthy because the mainstream media has decided people must be kept in the dark about this information.

NASA data show that global temperatures dropped sharply over the past two years. Not that you'd know it, since that wasn't deemed news by MSM. Does that make NASA a global warming denier?

6. According to NASA, from Feb-2016 to Feb-2018, "global average temperatures dropped by 0.56 degrees Celsius." That is the biggest two-year drop in the past century.

Isn't this just the sort of man-bites-dog story that the MSM always says is newsworthy? So where's the MSM news?

As a matter of fact, when it comes to scientific findings in global warming research, MSM is more adept at hiding the news that is inconvenient to their political narrative than publicizing it even gingerly.
