Three migrants are seeking a federal court injunction to immediately reunite them with their children. "The Government continues to subject the parents and their children to indefinite family separation for the express purpose of inducing their suffering." 
One of the migrants, a woman identified as M.G.U., entered the U.S. at a port of entry and sought asylum. A month ago, she watched her 13-year-old son carry her 2-year-old and 6-year-old sons away.
Another migrant entered the U.S. in Texas June 4 with his 12-year-old daughter. "The only information provided to A.P.F. to date is that he and his daughter will be separated indefinitely."
