Judge Walton rejected a DOJ request to begin producing docs in six months and ordered DOJ to begin producing docs immediately on a rolling basis over the next two months. Judge Walton also rejected DOJ’s efforts to restrict its search to only 2016. (2/10)

In December 2017, Bruce Ohr was removed from his position as Associate Deputy Attorney General after it was revealed that he conducted undisclosed meetings with anti-Trump dossier author Christopher Steele & Glenn Simpson (principal of Fusion GPS). (6/10)

Importantly, a House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence memo released by Chairman Devin Nunes on February 2nd noted that Bruce Ohr’s wife – Nellie Ohr – was employed by Fusion GPS to assist in the cultivation of opposition research on Trump. (7/10)
