I believe other professions are not only subjected to the harsh job-hunting weather, they are also subjected to "menteeship" drill
Is it intrinsically their problem or it is the overprotective parents?
I was an MO once and I foresee how much this layer of hierarchy will be squeezed tight like the middle-income group in the society. Low income group will get benefits and help from gov, high income is self sufficient and making excesses.
(i) UNDERTRAINED/PRIVILEDGED HOs: Guestimate 1/3 to 1/2 of them are undertrained that they could not draw normal GI tract that probably Form 5 students could &afew of them are ANAK datuk/datin/tan sri or ANAK to relatives to datuk/datin/tansri
The HOs of yesteryears is now the MOs and they could not cope &things get blamed down to current HOs
