Some of them infiltrated computers of election officials, including sec of state officials, election boards, companies that supply elections software.
Some used "spearfishing" to trick users into disclosing their passwords. Some spied on users by capturing keystrokes, taking screen shots, or planted malicious computer code.
He briefed Trump earlier this week, he says.
But there's nothing in the indictment on how their hacking affected the election.
