This week, the Senate Judiciary Committee released documents about a new effort to cover up the June 2016 Trump Tower between campaign officials, including Don Jr. and Jared Kushner, and Kremlin operatives. It points to collusion.
A. Indictments and Guilty Pleas
So far, Mueller and Rosenstein's investigation has turned up 100+ charges against 22 individuals or organizations, including four senior Trump officials. FIVE PEOPLE HAVE PLEADED GUILTY.
Trump’s 2016 campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, faces indictments for crimes including conspiracy against the United States. A federal judge just reaffirmed the charges are within the scope of Mueller’s investigation.
Trump’s national security adviser, Michael Flynn, pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about working with the Kremlin to undermine sanctions punishing Russia for interfering in the election.
Trump’s deputy campaign chairman Rick Gates has pleaded guilty to conspiracy against the United States and is cooperating with the investigation.
Mueller has indicted 13 Russians and three Russian companies with interfering in the election through a massive pro-Trump propaganda campaign reaching more than 100 million Americans and staging pro-Trump rallies.
Mueller and Rosenstein's investigation is moving quicker and getting more results than past investigation of national significance.
The 14th and final Iran-Contra indictment came down in Nov. 1991, almost five years after the appointment of Independent Counsel Lawrence Walsh and after Reagan left office. For comparison, that investigation resulted in just two guilty pleas in its first year.
The two and a half year Benghazi investigation included 33 congressional hearings, produced over 800 pages of findings, and ZERO indictments for anyone except the terrorists that perpetrated the attacks.
Watergate, a criminal conspiracy less complex than the #TrumpRussia investigation, took more than two years to evolve and only ended because Nixon resigned.
A. The Russians alerted the Trump team (Papadopolous) that they stole emails from the Democrats.
B. Instead of alerting authorities, the Trump team (Don Jr., Kushner, Manafort) scheduled the June 2016 meeting at Trump Tower to discuss that stolen info.

A. Trump fired Comey and then went on TV to admit he did it to stop the investigation.
B. Trump does not have the right to fire the FBI Director in order to stop an investigation into himself. That shows corrupt intent and that’s a crime.
