Like, I knew. Adjusting my meds has had an odd (but documented) “fussy sinuses” side effect, but I could tell this was different. Went ahead and took cold meds. Slept propped up. Still woke up sick.
I’ve been cloistered in here recovering from the herniated disc for so long that I didn’t have any *way* to catch anything. It’s like I spent eight months being Hurt and I forgot what it’s like to be Sick.
