NEW: Trump just obliterated his old record for false claims in a week, with 132 last week. The list includes a staggering variety of big lies: thestar.com/news/world/ana…
Trump is getting significantly more dishonest over time, both in false claims per week and in false claims per word. Here's the chart of false claims per week:
July was Trump's most dishonest month so far, with 280 false claims. June was his second-most-dishonest month, with 268. A chart showing how extraordinary the last two months have been:
In addition to the 132 false claims last week, Trump also made 76 false claims two weeks ago. All four of his most dishonest weeks as president have come in the last seven weeks:
A breakdown of Trump's false claims over the last two weeks:

36 at Pennsylvania rally
31 on Twitter
30 at Ohio rally
22 at Florida rally

The most entertaining thing to fact-check this week was Trump's claim that the people of Czechoslovakia used to tape US dollar bills to their windshields. Experts on Czechoslovakia were very confused.
Two serious Trump lies that got no attention: he said he is "surrounding our country" with missile interceptors, and that previous presidents refused to do this because other countries got mad and the presidents buckled. Experts say neither is true.
Other Trump lies: he was 15 mins early for the Queen (he was exactly on time), Gorsuch #1 at Harvard (Harvard tells me no), evangelicals tripled their previous turnout for him (no), NATO spending was declining before him (up for 2 years), he won women's vote (only white women)...
...you need photo ID to buy groceries (what), nobody left his Tampa crowd while he spoke (lots left), pollsters are manipulating polls to suppress his vote (no), Manhattan terrorist brought 22 people through "chain migration" (even anti-immigration advocates say no way)...
Updated database: Trump has made 2,291 false claims as president. He's averaging 4.1 false claims per day.

He averaged 2.9 false claims per day in 2017. He's averaging 5.9 false claims per day in 2018. projects.thestar.com/donald-trump-f…
