Or how about that totally normal, measured, and rational exercise that was the Albania - Serbia match in Belgrade in 2014 that feat. a drone w an irredentist banner & a near riot. Yes, clearly redrawing borders here can happen peacefully.
There is no more volatile issue in the Balkans than the Q of borders. Anyone in the region or in the international community suggesting that what Vucic, Dacic, Dodik & Thaci are proposing can happen w/o bloodshed is lying to you. Full stop.
