John McCain chose Joe Biden to speak and with good reason: to unite us. He would be hard pressed to choose anyone in his party to even attempt with any credibility to even try to unite. He knew not one has the dignity or values to do so. Not one....
Saturday: Speakers will be McCain's daughter Meghan and son Jimmy; former Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama; Sen. Joe Lieberman and former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger.
Sunday: McCain will be laid to rest in Annapolis at a *private* ceremony at the U.S. Navy Academy. Sen. Lindsey Graham and Gen. David Petraeus will speak.

Send up to 4,000 prisoners home by increasing the amount of time inmates can cut off of their sentences due to good behavior....
Allow more male and female inmates to serve time in house arrest or halfway homes instead of prison cells, with exceptions for high-risk inmates....
Require that prisoners be placed within 500 miles of family.....
