(1) So, the reality is that not everyone is looking for whiz-bang breakthrough innovations. After all, our economy is built on existing businesses, and sometimes that just want to figure out how to grow. The common desire is to expand geographically #jtbd
(2) For example, there was a time (2001) when Bosch was not in the North American "market" for circular saws. The "market" was fairly mature when viewing it through a traditional lens. They wondered if there were any hidden opportunities that the incumbents had missed #jtbd
(3) Bosch engaged @Strategyn to help them find these hidden segments, because they had a clear track record of doing it for others. This research could have told them there was nothing, which is also valuable. No one wants to spend time designing things w/ no value #jtbd

(1) If you ask each of your peers to define the term "customer need" you will get just as many completely different responses. If you ask them how to put one to paper, the same #jtbd
(2) If you ask customers what their needs are, you'll get even an array of responses, mainly related to your product, and expressed in many different ways...anxieties, delighters, requirements, features, wants, delighters, must haves, specifications...and so on. #jtbd
(3) It should be clear that in order to truly predict what will be successful in a market, we need to understand that people have jobs to get done. And if we can determine how they measure the value of new offerings, we should be able to predict success. Right? #jtbd

So @ChuckGrassley released a 400+ page report on Kavanaugh investigation and it’s a doozy. For those wondering where her family was, two were contacted and both refused to be interviewed or give a comment. Others from high school were too afraid to share their stories.
Two men really did come forward saying they thought they might be the man she was talking about, the Sept. 26th individual had the exact same story minus the against her will part🙄

First, to quote the great Ann Coulter, it's laughable to think that any Founder, Framer or Amender of the Constitution intended for American citizenship to be the prize in a game of Red Rover with the Border Patrol. We're a nation of laws, after all.
Second, #14Amendment was one of three emancipation-related amendments to the #Constitution, designed to grant citizenship to former slaves and their children. The congressional record shows nobody believed 600,000 Americans died to give Congress the chance to open the borders.

I spent the afternoon immersed in various forms of my own personal therapy. I'm back and I'm ready to tear some shit up.

And I'm just gonna say it: I'm not backing another politician, ever again, who isn't willing to set shit on fire and burn down white supremacist patriarchy.
I'm going to center on people with a history of fighting for justice, people invested in equity, people who know what it means to fight, people who are relentless. I don't give a fuck where they come from or whether they're "experienced."

I'm looking at a coalition of warriors.
And WE make the army--leaders, generals and priestesses alike--as long as we are willing to listen and build and fight.

Make no mistake about it: I don't care if it all ends in ashes as long as what comes next allows nothing like what happened today to ever happen again.

🔹In January 2018 a Nasscom report documented creation of jobs in four core sectors: automotive, IT-BPM, retail & textiles.
🔹Between 2014 & 2017 a total of 1.4 crore new jobs created in these 4 sectors alone,with nearly 65 lakh new jobs in just the retail sector.
🔹KPMG: travel & tourism sector is growing at 16% pa and adding 30-40 lakh new jobs every year.
🔹Naukri Job Speak Index, which tracks overall job listing market, is registering 10-16% growth YOY every month validating strong job creation in the organised private sector.
🔹The public sector too has matched the private sector in job creation fuelled by the massive impetus to infrastructure creation.
🔹Between 2011-14, 12,005 km of roads constructed; in 2014-17, the number up by 50% to 18,702 km.
