@benshapiro @LisaMarieBoothe I'd like to state some further things about myself. I'm the husband of a wonderful wife, who herself is a survivor of rape, physical, verbal, and emotional abuse. Moreover, I'm the father of two adult daughters & the grandfather of a beautiful granddaughter. 2/
@benshapiro @LisaMarieBoothe Furthermore, my youngest daughter suffered statutory rape. Therefore, I'm quite sympathetic to the allegation made by Professor Ford & have stated from the outset my desire to have her come forward to testify under oath. 3/

@benshapiro @LisaMarieBoothe My then wife lied to me about making the accusation. She emailed school officials & teachers in advance of DCF involvement to poison the proverbial well against me. Once DCF actually did get involved & did an impartial investigation, 5/

@benshapiro @LisaMarieBoothe I would like to state, Judge Kavanaugh has rights of due process (14th A), being able to face his accuser (6th A), & presumption of innocence (Coffin v. United States - 1895) confirmed this widely held notion of law, though it was not explicitly stated in the Constitution. 7/
