This tweet is for those in the MSM & on the Left who have consistently compared (implicitly or explicitly) @realDonaldTrump @POTUS to Adolf Hitler, or him as a Fascist, or his administration as Fascist, or him as Antisemitic, or him as a white-supremacist.

1. Hitler came to power using democratic means. True. However, in that "democratic" process he used brutal intimidation tactics carried out mostly by the SA (Brown Shirts) at the beginning.

Do you see Jackbooted thugs beating helpless Jewish people or Communists in the streets?

2. Hitler used scapegoating and propaganda to maximum advantage. He forced the German people to only hear his point of view.

We have free & mostly anti-Trump media. Many who decry Trump as Hitlerian do so on the very media platforms he uses. Hitler would've never allowed that.

Not only did Hitler abolish free speech &, by extension, a free press, He imprisoned all & then killed many of those who dare oppose him (e.g., pastors like Dietrich Bonhoeffer, rival leaders in his own party like Ernst Rohm, journalists, rival party leaders, etc.).

3. Hitler staged events to further his aims of power whether political (Reichstag fire) or his war aims (German false flag Gleiwitz incident which was the precursor to the invasion of Poland).

Has anything remotely like that happened?

The Reichstag fire itself was also a false flag the Nazi used to discredit the Communists and used the false flag plot to enact retribution/retaliation legislation (e.g., Reichstag Fire Decree [Feb. 1933] & Enabling Act [March 1933] suspended most civil liberties & then allowed

Hitler to rule by decree.

Nothing even close to that has occurred in our country to date by our current president or his administration.
