I concluded the allegations against Kavanaugh aren’t credible based on evidence related to actual allegation. However, you will notice I’ve never gone after Ford personally or suggested aspects about unrelated her life/character somehow prove her allegation false.

That’s the exact opposite of what the left/media has done with Kavanaugh. Because of lack of evidence for actual allegations, they have instead resorted to focusing on his character and other aspects of his (& his friend’s) life unrelated to the actual allegation.

They are obsessed with his drinking, his college frat, his yearbook posts etc.

None of those actually provide any evidence relevant to the allegations that would be disqualifying, but the point here is to smear him to the point that people ignore the actual evidence.

In criminal cases, you specifically have rules of evidence to prevent this type of stuff. You can’t suggest that someone smoking pot is evidence they committed an unrelated robbery. No such rules exist w public case, and media/Dems are abusing that to smear Kavanaugh.

Imagine if Ford was being treated to the same level of scrutiny as he has been for this allegation. No one is going through her yearbook. No one is going through her history to suggest she’s a liar or drank back then etc.

They shouldn’t, but media is determined to do it to BK.

If they have evidence corroborating he actually committed sexual assault, they should present it. But attacks on his character and attempts to focus on unrelated behavior is not that and people should see it as an attempt to smear him instead of get to the truth.

To show you an obvious example:

Nothing in the yearbook has anything to do with any allegation against Kavanaugh, but Fuller (an alleged journalist, though I’ve never seen much evidence to support that claim either) is essentially declaring him guilty because of it.
