Let's run through this once again:

'Chequers' is shorthand for the package agreed at a meeting of Cabinet at the eponymous house, which then got turned into a White Paper

That WP details UK proposals for the future relationship with the EU, post withdrawal

What it does not do is provide proposals on addressing outstanding issues on the resolution of current issues relating to that withdrawal

The current Art.50 talks focus on those issues, not the future relationship

The intention is to conclude an agreement on those points in the next couple of months

That means a legally-binding Withdrawal Agt and a linked Political Declaration

You'll note that none of 'Chequers' is in that draft, and none will be

Even the Political Declaration will likely only contain vague and non-binding mentions on the intention for the future relationship

All of which raises the Q for the ERG (and LAB for that) about when it is they think it will be that they get to 'vote against Chequers

UK proposal for a "Mobility Framework" is class-based Freedom of Movement with British characteristics. Keeps FoM for professionally trained middle classes, excludes working class people.

For the EU FoM is a universal right. UK concessions inevitable.

"Defined number of areas to seek reciprocal mobility arrangements" is where the UK will get minced in talks. Many areas where UK needs EU workers are rural, low paid services or industrial jobs. Every sector will want mobility arrangements for which the EU will demand concessions
"Mobility Arrangement" looks like a vastly bureaucratic system that the Home Office will struggle to police designed to replicate Freedom of Movement while pretending it is not.

I really should do a thread on buying a house. The amount of things that I’m being hit with that I didn’t know is astounding and I’m sure loads of you guys don’t know them either.
Alright cool, I said I would do it and now I am. Buying a house: Shit my parents didn't know/didn't tell me - a thread.
God bless our parents. A lot of us on here aren't blessed with parents that were able to buy their own house, and therefore although they would love loved to guide us through this process, they have no idea what is popping off. So i'm going to try and help.
