(2) I also get all the other previous sub-evidentiary level facts that are asserted to support Rod is a Rod. Such as his signing the third FISA renewal against Carter Page. But...
(3) What I don’t get is the damn near deliberate acts to ignore other facts about these circumstances. For instance...
(4) When Rod signed the FISA, he wasn’t the only top official signing it. Who else co-signed it with Rod? None other than Andrew McCabe. (I can’t find the news article specifically stating this right now, but will supplement shortly. However, the House memo hints it as well.) 
(5) So Rod signed something that McCabe brought to him, as Rod’s subordinate, and Rod was briefed by McCabe on why Rod should sign it. It doesn’t mean Rod was malicious. It only gets us to the point of Rod being misled. We can’t get to “swamp creature” from this.
(6) In fact, if Rod knew McCabe was dirty (which recent revelations suggest McCabe May have been under surveillance immediately upon Trump’s inauguration), Rod would likely know McCabe was dirty & could easily be expected to sign the FISA to ensure continued monitoring of McCabe.
(7) Which brings us to the most recent “wire” allegations that are meant to prove Rod is “bad.” I am not taking a position, mind you. I’m just emphasizing something (next) that is missing from the discussion and doesn’t prove what the Hannity broken records claim they prove.
(8) What the Hannity loop broadcasts claim is that Baker, McCabe, and Lisa Page are all saying the same thing, which is Rod wasn’t joking about wearing a wire to record the President.
(9) If you’ve followed the reports of the testimony of these three, and others such as Bruce Ohr, there is very little they unanimously agree upon. There are numerous conflicts in their testimony.
(10) BUT, for the first time in Hannity’s and others’ broadcasts, they now want us to believe these three are telling the truth? Not once do they highlight these people are liars, looking for an out, who have lied for years now.
(11) Suddenly, for the first time ever, these people have a consistent story? Really? It sounds more likely this is instead something they coordinated to ensure for once they tell the same lies to place things more in turmoil and protect themselves with deflection.
(12) Maybe this time it’s finally true. But for goodness sake, at least pose the question, “Could they be involved in a coordinated lie?” After all, it wouldn’t be the first time to coordinate a smear to destroy someone credible (e.g., FBI agent McLean w/ Ford against Kavanaugh).
(13) I understand the President May be holding Rod around to avoid the appearance of meddling until after the midterm elections. I get all the arguments for “Rod is bad.” But, there are no bulletproof facts to this point. In fact, good arguments exist to the contrary.
