New to Hal-Con? Want to meet people with whom you can spend your con weekend? Come on out to the Old Triangle, where we will be running games and having fun during our second annual

speed friending. Once the activities are over, we encourage you to stay and enjoy the pre Hal-Con lull in activity with this relaxed evening and venue

Friday, October 26 • 11:00am - 12:00pm – Elevenses
On any long trek, it is always wise to stop to refuel. For anyone waiting in line to get into the building for the first moments of Hal-Con 2018, we are there to help. We will be presenting our adventurers with a

spot of elvan bread (i.e. cake), and a warm beverage. Will have a limited supply of cake for those with dietary restrictions.

Over the summer, we asked for video submissions to see what you got. Join us for Hal-Con 2018 to check out the performers and seeing the cream of the lip-syncing crop!

MHA talks about their history of armour building and adventures with a series of video presentations and Q&A discussion.

We'll have samples of armour for new cosplayers to learn from and how to get out there and have fun with it. Followed directly after by Story time with Fat Apollo.

There is nothing better than a good love story... unless it is a good love letter. Inspired by a popular game, we invite you drop by the gaming floor to submit your most heartfelt

(or hilarious) letter. Some letters will be selected to be read aloud by our very own "Princess" and may even win a prize.

Our Princess is our very own Fat Apollo (he kept the crown from last year) so you are bound to be inspired, amused

The eternal struggle for dominance between the light and dark sides of the force continues on during this battle of the minds as two great Star Wars groups face off in this ultimate trivia show down.

See how you do against these two Star Wars experts facing down questions contrived by trivia masterminds.
