If Warren continues this charade of racial fraud - claiming to be Cherokee for her own political benefit - she will be doing so at the expense & anger of the Cherokee people & against the will of the entire Cherokee Nation.

Today, she rings me: baffled, but excited and happy, that they’ve found a twin she didn’t know about!

The Cherokee constitution from November 26, 1866.

Notice, it was more of a residential requirement than an ethnic requirement. Amendment 3 section 5
Currently, the eligibility is very similar. If you have an ancestor in the Dawes Rolls (which were multi-ethnic and multi-racial) then you can be a citizen of the Cherokee nation. current dawes rolls
If Warren had even bothered to do a cursory google search on Cherokee, she would have known that a DNA test could not prove Cherokee citizenship, anymore than a DNA test can prove Australian citizenship.

3/ The current manu of the present manvantara is Shraddhadeva or Vaivasvata Manu of this current Kalpa. He is the son of Vivasvat (Probably Surya) and is therefore also known as Manu-vaivasvata.
