A thread from last year on Ted Cruz's amendment dealing with pre-existing conditions:
AHIP/Blue Cross said Ted Cruz's plan would cause premiums to "skyrocket" for people with pre-existing conditions who make too much for subsidies.
The Cruz amendment, dubbed the consumer freedom amendment, gave insurers the freedom offer off-exchange plans that didn't cover people with pre-existing conditions and didn't have to provide coverage for things like prescription drugs, hospital care, or maternity.

1) Lets set the background of what Obama and others did in Ukraine first. Obama, HRC, McCain and others, actively campaigned to overthrow the duly elected leader, Vyktor Yanukovych. The set up to overthrow, closely paralleled things happening in this country!
2)George Soros was heavily involved. If you have ever heard of Soros color revolutions, then this will be easy for you to follow. If not, I suggest you watch the documentary, “Ukraine on Fire”. It’s 90 minutes but will shake you to your core. The parallels are indistinguishable!

Since last year when I wrote an analysis of Star Citizen financial filing in the UK (it's public there), I have been saying that they were going to start issuing shares in the companies, both here in the US and in the UK.

In Dec 2017, they eventually filed the paperwork to set that in motion.

In the past 24hrs, they have now publicly filed the actual paperwork to issue shares in the UK. They prepared these back in May.

The paperwork itself is standard fare that's not noteworthy.

They issued 113,861 shares valued at £0.0001 each.

If you were wondering about that number, it's because they are diluted (worthless) share amounts based on the company value.
