Oh my, conversational programming wasn't supposed to happen this fast - portal.reinvent.awsevents.com/connect/sessio… by @simalexan ... the impact of practices due to the serverless space (not just combining fin + dev) will become very large if this kicks off.
I am really quite stunned to see people experimenting with conversational programming already. Ok, it was a key future battleground but wow ... some are moving very fast.
I occasionally hear companies announcing they are kicking off a "DevOps" program and I can't but feel sympathy for them. 7 years from now, when they finally finish, they will be in a world of capital flow / conversational programming and well ... it's a bit sad really.
mutter, mutter, something about ice skating, a puck and where it's going.
X : I don't see why conversational programming is a big thing?
Me : Can you code?
X : No
Me : Can you describe what you need?
X : Yes
Me : Do you really need me to draw the dots together for you?
