Passed 4 months of daily emails to my list the other day.

Didn't even notice, because honestly, I kinda stopped counting after 60 days.

Still...

I can't help but reflect on just how much has changed for me in that short period of time.
What drives it home even more is:

I remember getting a similar email from @SCHM7DT after joining his list just before starting my own.

He was talking about how much had changed since he started mailing his list every day 4-5 months before.

And I remember thinking...
"Damn, that sounds crazy...I gotta figure out how to make that happen."

At that moment, I didn't have a clue how I was gonna do it, though.

Certainly couldn't have predicted I'd be sitting here, 4 months later, getting paid to write daily emails to two different lists.
It's crazy.

But it just goes to show that when you put in the right kind of work every day...

Shit does happen.

Opportunities do present themselves.

For me:

I decided at the start of this year that I was going to become a daily email copywriter.
No matter what it took.

Or how many emails I'd have to get ripped up in order to get there.

And now, here I am.

Feeling so incredibly blessed that my hard work has begun to pay off.

And also feeling like this is just the beginning.
Now, don't get me wrong:

This has all taken a TON of hard work.

Involved MANY failures.

Come with no small amount of stress, anxiety, and frustration.

But, I refused to take me eyes off the prize...

And now, my focus and persistence has been rewarded.
So...

If you're still stuck in the muck, feeling like you're at "the bottom", and unsure of how exactly you're gonna make it to the top...

My advice to you is:

A) Identify daily action steps
B) Perform them relentlessly
C) Detach yourself from the outcome
That last part is key, simply because:

Not every future outcome you want can be *directly* traced back to an action step today.

Pas possible.

There's no way to KNOW exactly how certain habits, routines, etc. are gonna pay out in the long run.

So try to absolve yourself of it.
Focus on winning those daily battles instead.

They're the ones that matter.

Most of the other stuff is beyond your control, anyway.

And take comfort in knowing if you DO stick to your daily action steps:

You'll like yourself a lot more, even if you don't get what you want.
And, if you're looking to get into writing daily emails...

(whether for yourself or for clients)

Then you'll also enjoy the lessons I pass on to my email subscribers every day.

P.S. There's a fourth piece of advice I should have included:

Get a coach.

For me, that turned out to be @DailyCopywriter.

When I came across Matt on Twitter and got on his email list, I quickly discovered two things:
1) He's an Agora-trained copywriter (giving him about as much street cred as a copywriter can possibly have), and...
2) He writes daily emails for clients

That's how I knew he was the perfect person to help me get to where I wanted to go.

And, to top it all off:
As soon as I started reading Matt's emails, I found myself wishing I could write the way he does.

Which is how I knew I HAD to find a way to work with him.

So...
I'd recommend you apply the same strategy when seeking a coach:

STEP 1: Figure out EXACTLY what you want to do (in my case it was "write daily emails for clients")

STEP 2: Find someone who is DOING exactly what you want

STEP 3: Do whatever it takes to get access to them
In the end, there's no question:

Getting a coach *will* fast-track your skills.

And, if you're someone who takes their work/biz/career seriously...

Then it shouldn't be a question of IF, but WHEN you're going to get a coach.

So make it happen.
